About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Regional Business Head to lead and scale our business operations across key regions. This role focuses on managing end-to-end deal execution, building strong financial partnerships, and driving revenue growth through lending and fintech-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end transaction management from mandate to execution
- Manage the complete deal lifecycle including sourcing, structuring, and closure
- Oversee credit appraisal and compliance processes for debt transactions (fund/non-fund based)
- Build and maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, AIFs, and financial institutions
- Own and drive regional P&L, ensuring revenue growth and profitability
- Develop and expand a strong network of banking and financial partners
- Drive business growth through lending and wealth management solutions
- Coordinate with stakeholders for transaction documentation and deal closure
- Identify and onboard partners to enhance regional reach and offerings
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA (Finance) / CA / ICWA / CFA / PGDM or equivalent qualification
- 10+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Banking, NBFCs, or Financial Institutions
- Strong experience in branch banking, financial advisory, or wealth management
- Proven ability to manage high-value, fast-paced transactions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders
- Experience in fintech or startup ecosystem is an added advantage
