Regional Head

Role Overview:

The Regional Manager – University Admissions will be responsible for driving admissions and enrollment growth across a designated region by managing consultant networks, executing school and college outreach programs, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling admissions at a state or regional level with a deep understanding of the higher education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

● Drive admissions targets for university programs in the assigned region.

● Develop and manage a robust network of education consultants and channel partners.

● Conduct school and college outreach activities to promote Intellipaat's degree programs.

● Plan and execute regional-level BTL activities, education fairs, and counselor meets.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, university representatives, and consultants.

● Track and analyze regional performance metrics and provide regular updates to the central admissions team.

● Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and engagement channels within the region.

● Ensure smooth coordination with marketing, operations, and academic teams to optimize conversion outcomes.

● Take accountability for admissions of your region/state.

Requirements:

● Minimum 6 years of experience in university admissions and education outreach.

● Proven experience handling state-level or regional admissions operations.

● Strong exposure to consultant/channel partner management and school outreach programs.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

● Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.

● Preferably from an EdTech, Higher Education, or University partnerships background.
