About the Company
Our company is one of India's most trusted brands in wellness and beauty space with a 30+ year legacy, a pan-India presence, and a deeply loyal customer base. We are at an inflection point in our Karnataka business, and are seeking a high-impact leader to drive a significant business transformation across our network in the region.
About the Role
The incumbent will own the full P&L for Karnataka (predominantly Bangalore), lead a team of 200+ across 20 centres, and be accountable for turning around business performance while building a high-performance, customer-first culture.
Responsibilities
P&L & Revenue Growth
- Own and deliver the regional P&L — top line revenue targets, centre-level EBITDA, and cost efficiencies
- Drive consistent same-store sales growth across all 20 centres through focused service mix, upselling, and retention strategies
- Build rigorous review cadences: daily sales trackers, weekly centre reviews, monthly P&L deep-dives
Operations & Performance Turnaround
- Assess current centre performance baseline; build and execute a structured turnaround roadmap
- Drive operational excellence — service quality, capacity utilisation and customer experience (NPS)
- Partner with the marketing and CRM teams to drive footfall, conversion, and repeat customer engagement
People Leadership
- Lead, develop, and inspire a 200+ strong team comprising execution workforce, category and centre heads
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and pride within a predominantly women workforce
- Identify and groom the next layer of leadership; build bench strength at cluster and centre level
- Maintain high team morale and low attrition through coaching, recognition, and visible people investment
Experience & Background
- 10–14 years of overall experience, with at least 4–5 years in a regional or multi-unit leadership role
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing P&L across a distributed network of 10+ outlets / locations
- Experience managing large, geographically dispersed frontline teams (200+ people)
- B2B sales experience (corporate accounts, institutional partnerships) is a meaningful differentiator
Required Skills
- Demonstrated comfort and effectiveness in leading a predominantly women workforce with empathy, firmness, and cultural sensitivity
- High energy, field-first mindset — spends time in centres, not behind a desk
- Strong commercial acumen: reads numbers, diagnoses root causes quickly, and acts with urgency
- Resilient and adaptive — comfortable in a turnaround context with evolving priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence across levels
Preferred Skills
- Experience in consumer-facing businesses with a strong sales culture
- Background in retail, telecom, QSR, healthcare services, or adjacent industries
