I. Position PurposeThe Regional Head is responsible for overseeing and optimizing company operations within a specific geographic territory. This role requires a blend of strategic leadership and operational expertise to drive revenue through channel partners, monitor market dynamics, and ensure the regional team exceeds organizational objectives.
II. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Performance Analytics: Monitor sales data and trends; implement immediate corrective actions for any performance gaps.
Forecasting: Provide accurate monthly/quarterly sales forecasts and regular progress updates to senior management.
Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough research to identify regional opportunities, threats, and competitor movements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing to launch effective regional promotions and provide the product team with feedback on customer needs.
Capability Building: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and technical support to channel partners to enhance product knowledge.
Partner Reviews: Conduct formal performance reviews with partners, identifying specific areas for growth or intervention.
Issue Resolution: Act as the primary escalation point to resolve complex partner disputes or technical hurdles.
Representation: Serve as the face of the company at regional industry events and trade shows.

Forecast sales accurately and report to senior management
