Responsibilities:
Sales Growth & Channel Management:
- Identify and execute sales growth opportunities at the regional level.
- Drive channel expansion and acquire new accounts.
- Increase business loan volumes and manage the DSA database to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the channel network.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive faster loan sanctioning (TAT).
- Monitor and support recovery of NPAs from relevant customers.
Process & Operational Excellence:
- Adopt and implement process improvements to enhance operational productivity.
- Ensure adherence to guidelines and process checks at all stages of unsecured business transactions.
- Monitor sales volumes and value IRR for performance evaluation.
Customer & Complaint Management:
- Ensure customer complaints are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
