Regional Head - Branch Banking

Responsibilities:

• Leadership and strategy:Lead and guide branch managers and other teams to achieve business objectives, including deposit and loan growth.
• Business development:Develop and execute action plans to increase revenue, acquire new clients, and expand market share.
• Customer management:Enhance customer satisfaction by managing interactions, retaining clients, and implementing engagement strategies.
• Operational management:Ensure operational soundness, efficiency, and compliance across all branches within the region.
• Team management:Manage and mentor teams, including Relationship Managers and sales staff, to build a cohesive and productive unit.
• Risk and compliance:Oversee risk management and ensure adherence to all regulatory and internal compliance policies.
