Job Description
Own end-to-end disposal of all secured assets (LAP, Home Loans)MSME.
Drive recoveries through SARFAESI, e-auctions, private treaties, and negotiated settlements.
Oversee valuation, possession, auction, and sale processes of assigned region.
Manage and review legal, valuation, auctioneers, and recovery vendors.
Partner with Collections, Legal, Credit, Compliance, and Business teams.
Lead disposal teams, set KPIs, and monitor performance.
Review MIS, recovery ratios, ageing, and realization value.
Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness.
Travel to property locations and understand challenges.
Development of robust dealer network.
