As we expand globally, we are establishing a select network of Regional Directors to lead strategic positioning, capital development, and high-level partnerships across key regions.

Role Overview

The Regional Director will act as HealPort's senior representative within their region, responsible for driving strategic expansion and facilitating access to capital, institutional partnerships, and government-level engagement.

This is not a conventional operational role. It is designed for individuals with established networks, strong regional positioning, and the ability to operate at the intersection of strategy, influence, and execution.

Core Mandate

• Lead regional positioning of HealPort within healthcare, policy, and investment ecosystems
• Establish and cultivate relationships with government bodies, institutional stakeholders, and strategic partners
• Facilitate capital development efforts, including investor access and funding pathways
• Identify and unlock high-value opportunities aligned with HealPort's global strategy
• Represent HealPort in high-level engagements, negotiations, and forums
• Provide strategic insight on regional dynamics, risks, and opportunities

Profile

• · Senior-level experience in healthcare, technology, investment, policy, or related sectors
• · Strong regional network with access to decision-makers and/or capital sources
• · Demonstrated ability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• · Experience in partnerships, fundraising, or strategic development is highly valued
• · High degree of independence, credibility, and professional judgment

Compensation Structure

This role is structured as a performance-driven strategic engagement, designed to align long-term value creation with meaningful upside.

• Retainer component (to support strategic activity and representation)
• Significant performance-based incentives tied to capital development and strategic outcomes
• Potential participation in long-term value creation (region-specific or platform-level, where applicable)

This structure is designed to reward high-impact contributions while maintaining flexibility and scalability across regions.

This is a selective appointment, not a volume recruitment process.

We are seeking individuals capable of operating at system level—shaping relationships, unlocking capital, and contributing to the development of a global infrastructure layer for healthcare.
