Regional Director Global Sales (Luxury Hospitality)

Location: Mumbai, India

THRS is seeking a high-performance commercial leader to take on the role of Regional Director Global Sales, responsible for driving revenue, influence, and market expansion across our global luxury hospitality portfolio.

This is not a role for account managers. This is for individuals who:

The Mandate

As Regional Director Global Sales, you will:

  • Own and lead revenue strategy and delivery across THRS's portfolio
  • Expand market share across India and key international source markets
  • Build and influence high-value luxury travel networks globally
  • Drive new business, partnerships, and distribution channels

Key Result Areas

1. Revenue Leadership & Commercial Strategy

  • Own aggressive revenue targets across a multi-brand luxury portfolio
  • Design and execute market-leading sales strategies
  • Drive portfolio-wide revenue optimisation and growth
  • Unlock new revenue streams across geographies and segments

2. Strategic Account & Relationship Leadership

  • Build and deepen relationships with top-tier luxury travel designers, HNIs, and elite agencies
  • Lead engagement with high-value global accounts
  • Increase share-of-wallet across key partners
  • Develop structured, revenue-led partnership frameworks

3. Market Expansion & Business Development

  • Identify and unlock new opportunities across Experiential luxury travel, Destination celebrations & weddings, Ultra-high-net-worth (UHNI) segments
  • Expand into new geographies and high-growth luxury channels
  • Build access to exclusive networks and closed-door ecosystems

4. Brand Representation & Industry Influence

  • Represent THRS and partner brands at Global trade shows, Luxury travel networks, Closed-door industry forums
  • Lead high-impact roadshows, FAM trips, and private engagements
  • Position THRS as a strategic authority in luxury travel

5. Intelligence, Strategy & Advisory

  • Deliver high-quality revenue forecasts and performance analytics
  • Provide strategic advisory to partner brands on Pricing, Market positioning, Distribution strategy
  • Track evolving luxury consumer trends and competitive dynamics

Who You Are

  • 1015+ years in luxury hospitality sales / representation / high-end travel
  • Proven ability to drive multi-million-dollar revenue growth
  • Deep network within Luxury travel designers, Premium tour operators, UHNI ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of India + global luxury travel distribution
  • Experience with global luxury hotel brands is essential
