Role Summary

The Regional Director (RD) is a high-impact sales leadership role focused on driving the adoption of our tokenization and AI solutions. Reporting to a Managing Director (MD), you will be responsible for meeting defined sales targets through a combination of personal high-ticket sales and the management of a strategic partner network. This is an entrepreneurial role designed for a closer who thrives in a performance-driven environment and wants to be at the intersection of Finance and AI.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Generation: Drive and close high-value deals with institutional investors, real estate developers, and corporate entities.

Partner Management: Identify, onboard, and manage a network of referral partners and affiliates to amplify your reach.

Product Advocacy: Serve as a subject matter expert on our RWA tokenization platforms and our diverse suite of AI training programs.

Market Expansion: Execute localized sales strategies to capture market share in your region.

Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting.

Collaborative Growth: Work closely with the Managing Director to align regional efforts with global revenue goals.

The Product Portfolio

You will represent a dual-threat portfolio in the world's fastest-growing sectors:

Asset Tokenization: Providing compliance-ready solutions (Reg D, Reg S, Reg A+, Reg CF) for tokenizing equity, real estate, funds, and bonds.

Applied AI Training: Selling comprehensive AI skill-enhancement programs for students, interns, and corporate teams looking to integrate AI into their workflows.

Qualifications

Proven Sales Record: Minimum 5+ years of experience in high-ticket B2B sales, Fintech, SaaS, or Capital Markets.

Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to operate autonomously and treat your region as your own business.

Exceptional Communication: Mastery of negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building with C-suite executives.

Tech-Savvy: A strong interest in blockchain, decentralized finance, and the practical applications of Artificial Intelligence.

Network-Driven: A pre-existing network within the financial, real estate, or corporate training sectors is a significant advantage.

Compensation & Unlimited Earning Potential

1. Performance-Based Salary

Your salary is tied directly to the achievement of your sales targets.

Threshold: Salary eligibility begins once you achieve 10% of your annual target.

Retroactive Payout: Once a milestone is hit, your salary is paid out retroactively from your start date.

Example: If you hit 10% of your target in Month 3, you receive 10% of the total accrued salary for all three months.

Example: If you hit 50% of your target in Month 6, you receive 50% of the total accrued salary for all six months.

2. Commissions & Bonuses

Personal Commissions: Earn industry-leading percentages on every deal you close personally.

Partner Overrides: Earn commissions on sales generated by the partners you manage.

Excellence Bonuses: Significant financial rewards for surpassing annual targets.

3. Unlimited Upside
