Job Summary
We are seeking an accomplished Regional Director – Project Operations to lead and oversee large-scale project delivery, operational performance, client relationships, and business growth across the region. The ideal candidate will have extensive PMC experience, proven P&L ownership, and a successful track record of delivering complex commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, semiconductor, or data center projects.
The role requires strong leadership capabilities to manage multidisciplinary teams, drive operational excellence, ensure client satisfaction, and achieve regional business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Operations Leadership
- Lead regional project operations and delivery across multiple projects.
- Ensure successful execution of projects within approved cost, schedule, quality, and safety parameters.
- Establish operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive project governance, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Business & P&L Management
- Own and manage regional P&L performance.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor project financial performance and resource utilization.
- Support business planning, forecasting, and budget management.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Act as a senior representative for client engagement and project governance.
- Lead executive-level discussions and strategic decision-making processes.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop project directors, project managers, and operational teams.
- Build high-performing teams and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Drive talent development, succession planning, and organizational growth.
Risk & Commercial Management
- Identify and mitigate operational, commercial, and project delivery risks.
- Ensure contractual compliance and commercial governance.
- Support resolution of major project issues, claims, and disputes.
Business Growth & Strategic Initiatives
- Support regional business expansion strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and participate in client acquisition efforts.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to strengthen market presence and organizational growth.
Preferred Project Experience
Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following sectors:

Mandatory Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in Project Management, Construction Management, or Project Operations.
- Strong PMC (Project Management Consultancy) background is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing large-scale project portfolios.
- Demonstrated P&L management and business operations experience.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple projects.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent commercial, contractual, and risk management knowledge.
