Ensure Cross selling of product as per the target in Branch via customer care executive.Lead Generation for cross sell product at Branch and ensure the conversion .Coordinate with different product managers for closure.Supervising day-to-day operations in the customer service department.Hiring and training new customer care ExecutiveStaying informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.

Requirement :

lBachelor's degree

lA minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a customer service position.

lProficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.

lGood written and verbal communication skills.
