Job summary
The role involves leading and managing a two-wheeler loan portfolio within a specific region - UP and Eastern States.
Responsibilities include driving business growth, ensuring portfolio quality, and managing a team of credit professionals.
- Credit Management & Portfolio Quality
- Oversee the credit process for two-wheeler loans, from appraisal to collection.
- Evaluate applicant creditworthiness using financial data, reports, and other information.
- Analyze financial information to assess repayment ability and manage risk.
- Ensure adherence to credit policies, guidelines, and regulations.
- Monitor the credit portfolio for quality and early warning signs.
- Track deviations and delinquencies to implement corrections.
- Analyze delinquent cases and data for proactive risk management.
- Business Development & Strategic Partnerships
- Partner with the business team to meet targets.
- Maintain relationships with dealerships, OEMs, and other regional stakeholders.
- Identify and analyze new markets in the region.
- Promote the company's products to partners and customers.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and manage credit approvers, providing guidance and training.
- Ensure team performance meets expectations.
- Arrange training on credit scrutiny, KYC, and process adherence.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Operations & Compliance
- Set up and monitor processes for vendor and PDD management, staffing, and security creation.
- Ensure turnaround times are met.
- Coordinate with external agencies.
- Ensure audit compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams like sales, operations, and legal.
- Lead post-disbursement document and covenant compliance.
Specific field and industry experience is needed, as well person who knows local profile and geography shall be preferred.
