Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Credit Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Regional Credit Manager will oversee regional credit operations, evaluate credit proposals, ensure compliance with credit policies, and manage risk. Key responsibilities include analyzing creditworthiness, monitoring the portfolio to detect risks, coordinating with stakeholders to improve credit processes, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting. The role plays a pivotal part in shaping regional credit strategies while aligning with organizational objectives.

• Strong expertise in credit evaluation, financial analysis, and risk management
• Proficiency in portfolio management and monitoring financial performance to identify risks
• Excellent skills in stakeholder coordination, team management, and process optimization
• In-depth understanding of credit policies, regulatory compliance, and lending products
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive results
• Prior experience in the financial sector, ideally in NBFCs or banking industries, is preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
