Regional Corporate Marketing Manager

*Bajaj Capital Ltd is hiring for Regional Corporate Marketing Manager role*

*Location* -Bangalore, Mumbai, Kolkata, Lucknow

*Key Responsibilities*

* -Manage relationships with *CFOs, CHROs, CEOs, MDs, HR Heads* , and senior leadership teams for business development.

* -Drive corporate business through Group Insurance, NPS, Investment, Insurance and financial solutions.

* -Identify and acquire new corporate and institutional clients across the region.

* -Conduct corporate presentations, seminars, negotiations, and business closures.

* -Generate and manage strong business pipelines through networking, referrals, and market research.

* -Manage existing corporate accounts, ensure client retention, and resolve escalations effectively.

* -Travel across assigned cities for regional expansion and corporate engagement activities.

*Required Qualifications*

* *5–10 years of experience* in Corporate/B2B Sales, Relationship Management, or Corporate Marketing in Banks, Insurance, NBFCs, or Financial Institutions.

-Strong understanding of General Insurance/ Investment Products/NPS, and corporate financial solutions.

*Required Skills*

* -Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* -Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.

* -Strategic thinking, networking, and business development expertise.

* -Ability to engage confidently with CXOs and key decision-makers.
