Job Description
Oversee the functioning of all centers within the assigned region.
Ensure effective implementation of rehabilitation and social service programs.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor operations and service quality.
Supervise and guide social workers, therapists, and support staff.
Coordinate with HR for staffing requirements and team management.
Prepare and submit periodic reports on activities, performance, and outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation of beneficiaries and services.
Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders and community members.
Monitor regional budgets and ensure proper utilization of funds.
Verify expenses and ensure compliance with financial and organizational guidelines.
Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and quality standards across centers.
Conduct internal audits and support external audit processes.
Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
Organize and support training and capacity-building initiatives for staff.
Travel across assigned locations for monitoring, evaluation, and coordination.
