Job Description

Audit & Compliance

  • Manage statutory and internal audit processes by coordinating with auditors and crossfunctional teams.
  • Ensure timely audit closure and adherence to compliance requirements, in collaboration with the RCFM.
  • Maintain accurate, timely MIS and ensure regulatory compliance across the region.



Strategic & Business Projects

  • Actively contribute to longterm strategic initiatives such as LCA, UCA reduction, and other valueenhancement projects.



Receivables & Working Capital Management

  • Monitor receivables and customer accounts to ensure timely collection of dues.
  • Track BRS ageing and follow up on SAP unrealized collections beyond 7 days.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of debtor ageing and drive corrective actions.
  • Oversee AACO, bank guarantees, cheque bounce cases, special party payments, scrap sales, subsidies, and full & final settlements of distributors.
  • Coordinate with banks to monitor fund remittances, reduce float, and improve overall working capital efficiency.



Sales & Operations Finance Support

  • Serve as the single point of contact for the Sales team on all commercial finance matters.
  • Track and review stock ageing with Sales and Replenishment teams to ensure timely liquidation and minimize writeoffs.
  • Play an active role in depot audits and periodic physical stock verification.



Regional Commercial Leadership

  • Provide commercial oversight to manufacturing units (own and equity) covering plant efficiency, lag/lead analysis, MCV, and internal controls.
  • Prepare and present MIS to Corporate Finance.
  • Evaluate capital expenditure proposals, including payback and IRR analysis.
  • Drive CEP delivery across the region.
  • Partner with business leaders to support both topline growth and bottomline profitability.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly through both written and verbal communication, and to set and achieve objectives in a corporate environment.
  • Proven capability to apply strong analytical, people management, and supervisory skills across the organization.
  • Demonstrates effective leadership qualities with a high level of motivation, perseverance, and a positive, resultsdriven mindset focused on both personal and organizational success.
  • Exhibits initiative and independence, with the ability to work with minimal supervision, manage competing priorities, and make sound decisions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience managing a comparable portfolio, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Prior handson experience working with SAP systems.
