Role: Regional Collection Manager – Field Collection Auto Loans
Location: Noida
Role Purpose:
To lead and manage field collections for the auto loan portfolio across the assigned region, ensuring reduction in delinquencies, improving recovery rates, and maintaining portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end field collections for auto loan portfolio (2W/4W/CV as applicable)
- Drive bucket-wise collection strategy (0–30, 30–60, 60–90, 90+ DPD)
- Ensure achievement of monthly collection and resolution targets
- Monitor roll-forward, roll-back, and NPA levels
- Lead and supervise a team of Area Collection Managers, Field Executives, and Agencies
- Handle skip cases, hard bucket recovery, and write-off cases
- Manage and control collection agencies & vendor performance
- Ensure adherence to compliance, audit, and regulatory guidelines
- Track daily productivity and field visit efficiency
- Collaborate with credit, legal, and operations teams for recovery actions
- Drive repossession and auction processes where required
- Prepare and present MIS reports, dashboards, and review decks
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Collection efficiency (%)
- Reduction in delinquency (DPD buckets)
- NPA & roll-forward control
- Agency productivity & cost efficiency
- Recovery from write-off accounts
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
- 6–10+ years of experience in collections (Auto Loans preferred)
- Strong experience in field collections & team handling
- Good understanding of retail asset products (Auto/Vehicle Loans)
- Experience in managing agencies and vendor networks
