Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Regional Collections Manager. The role will involve overseeing the debt collection process, managing a team of collection agents, developing collection strategies, and ensuring targets are met in compliance with company policies. Additional tasks include analyzing delinquent accounts, engaging with clients to resolve outstanding debts, preparing progress reports, and implementing strategic initiatives for process improvements.

Qualifications
  • Strong experience in Debt Collection, Legal Collection Management, and End-to-End Collection processes
  • Proficiency in Credit Monitoring, Debt Advisory Services, and Skip Trace services
  • Skills in Strategy Development, Team Leadership, and Problem Solving
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding collection targets
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory processes within debt collection and financial services
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Prior experience managing a regional team or similar leadership role is preferred
