Job Description
Mandatory Skills- Exp in Secured Business Loans, Exp in hard bucket collection (To recover payment from those customers who haven't paid for more than 90 days). Exp in NPA (Non-Payable Asset)
Span of Control:
Typically, a State Level Manager. All branches in a state are to be supervised by RCM.
Experience:
Total of 10-15 years of collection experience
Of which at least 5 years in a supervisory role
Should be handling multiple branches and a team of collectors / Team leaders.
Should have handled unsecured and secured products and all buckets.
Good knowledge of the legal process and should have worked with the legal teams to
coordinate the legal recovery procedure.
Ability to analyse his state portfolio behaviour.
Should have exposure to managing processes on collections software.
Job description:
Understanding and ability to download the collection strategy to ground-level employees.
Allocation of collectable cases to the field team
Plan to implement the collection strategy at the beginning of the month.
Allocations to be done on the system.
Tracking the collection effort and intensity daily.
Taking corrective actions, and course correction based on the effort tracking.
Understanding and delivering on collection targets across all buckets on a consistent basis.
Recommending and coordinating the legal recovery actions against specific customers
Tracking the progress of legal cases
Driving settlements with chronic defaulters
Coordinating with the risk management team, and portfolio managers to understand the
portfolio behaviour and suggesting corrective actions from the collections point of view
