• Drive value-selling culture and implement innovative sales approaches across the region.

• Define and execute regional sales strategy with long- and short-term plans.

• Achieve annual business plan targets: revenue, market share, margin improvement, and profitability of existing accounts.

• Leverage national/regional resources (Marketing, Government sales, Corporate/Enterprise sales) to achieve targets.

• Client engagement via distributors and indirect teams (Service & Marketing).

• Manage, motivate, and engage a frontline sales team.

• Use Salesforce (SFDC) and analytics for funnel management, customer segmentation, and performance assessment.
