Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Business Manager based in Pune. The Regional Business Manager will oversee the daily operations within the assigned region, including managing and developing branch teams, setting and achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies. The role also involves strategizing and implementing business development plans, analyzing market trends, coordinating with senior management, and maintaining excellent customer relations.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in sales strategy, business development, and market analysis
• Knowledge of banking and NBFC regulations and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
