Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Business Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Regional Business Manager is responsible for driving business growth within the assigned region by identifying opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and overseeing sales and marketing initiatives. Other day-to-day responsibilities include managing a regional team, collaborating with healthcare professionals to drive adoption of 4baseCare's solutions, conducting market research to identify trends, and meeting targeted performance goals.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Sales Management, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and expertise in Oncology or Genomics is preferred
• Team leadership and ability to manage and mentor a regional team effectively
• Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and ability to assess market opportunities and performance metrics
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related fields
• Willingness to travel as needed within the region
• Previous experience in regional management roles or healthcare organizations will be an advantage.
