Job Description

Job Summary: The Regional Manager Business Development will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities across the region by generating new sales leads, planning various regional business development activities, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic sales leader with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities Area:

Revenue Growth: Achieve Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual regional sales targets; increase the company's market share across the region.

Market Research: Conduct thorough regional market research to identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and market trends.

Lead Generation: Develop and implement regional strategies for lead generation and client acquisition; develop and maintain a strong regional sales pipeline.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and newly on-boarded clients / existing clients by addressing their concerns and providing solutions in a timely manner.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.

Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts with clients across the region.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Delivery / Hiring, Operations / Program Management, and other support teams to align regional sales strategies with business goals.

Reporting / MIS: Prepare regular regional reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.

Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads at a regional level.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and legislative changes affecting the staffing industry.

Team Player: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement across the region.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in senior sales leadership roles within the staffing industry or a related field.

Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment processes, including temporary staffing, permanent placement, and other staffing solutions.

Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to guide and motivate regional sales teams to achieve targets and objectives.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding regional sales targets.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
