Business Contribution
This role is an APAC role based in Bangalore. This is an Individual contributor role, and the incumbent will report to the Marketing director Asia pacific (based in Singapore). We are looking for a talent who has expertise in Power BI and Salesforce CRM reporting, dashboard creation & data visualization .
In this role you'll be at the forefront transforming how our commercial teams, functional heads & regional leadership team leverage data driven insights to baseline business decisions, drive measurable results and ensure continuous improvement in sales performance through insightful analytics.
Power BI Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI dashboards and data modeling.
- Working knowledge of Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, and SSIS components of the Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack
- Experience with the tools and technologies used by the Microsoft SQL Server BI Stack, including SSRS and TSQL, Power Query, MDX, PowerBI, and DAX.
- knowledge of data warehousing, data gateway, and data preparation projects
- Knowledge of executing DAX queries on the Power BI desktop and Power Query for calculated columns and measures
- Comprehensive understanding of data modeling, administration, and visualization
- In depth knowledge and understanding of DBMS, OLAP, and the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) framework
- Awareness of BI technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI)
- Expertise of SQL queries, SSRS, and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Rich experience in Articulating, representing, and analyzing solutions while documenting, creating, and modeling them
- Experience in scheduling automated Power BI reports summary for bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews.
Salesforce Experience
- Develop interactive reports in SFDC to track key sales metrics across different levels (Territory managers, Commercial directors, regional leadership team).
- Solid experience in designing and building custom dashboards in Salesforce CRM Analytics based on provided Excel mockups.
- Develop visually simplified, interactive and dynamic filtering enabled sales commercial excellence dashboards by ensuring accurate tracking of sales activities such as Account plans, Account visits, sales calls, meetings, Opportunity pipeline and conversions.
- Collaborate with sales and business teams to refine reporting requirements and improve data- driven decision-making.
- Optimize data integration and processing for real-time analytics.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce CRM Analytics
What Makes You An Ideal Candidate
- 8-10-years experience as business analyst in Power BI developer/analyst, Salesforce CRM analytics & reporting tools or similar roles.
- Extremely good communication skills are necessary to effectively communicate the data insights to stakeholders.
- Great team player-having the ability to humbly work with cross-functional teams and foster a strong team culture vs. me/I culture. Background in business intelligence, data analytics, or similar roles
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Capacity to perform in an atmosphere where agility and continual development are prioritized
- Exceptional analytical thinking skills for converting data into visually appealing reports and reports.
- Engineering in Data science, Business Intelligence, Information Technology, Computer science or related field is preferred.
- Sales Performance Reporting Experience in tracking KPIs and developing custom dashboards with complex filtering and aggregation logic.
- Data Visualization: Proficiency in best practices for analytics and interactive reporting.
- Big Data Handling: Experience working with large datasets and optimizing queries.
- Understanding of sales process Knowledge of sales account plans, account calls, opportunity pipeline & conversion tracking
- Salesforce Sales Cloud & Einstein Analytics experience.
- Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Components knowledge for advanced customizations.
- Demonstrated experience in the following-
- DBMS, OLAP, and the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) framework
- BI technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI). Experience with Microsoft BI stacks such as Power Pivot, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS
- SQL queries, SSRS, and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
