Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Brand Manager located in Pilibhit. The Regional Brand Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and management of marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning. Daily responsibilities include coordinating marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, managing promotional campaigns, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and identifying growth opportunities to increase market share. The role involves collaboration with sales teams and the leadership team to ensure alignment with company objectives and drive business performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong marketing skills, including expertise in branding, promotional campaign management, and strategy development.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills to effectively liaise with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in market analysis, trend evaluation, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Leadership capabilities with the ability to manage regional teams and align strategies with company goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and ethical standards is essential.
