Demand Generation & South Footprint Creation for the Sales Department of Eternia start up, subsequently, creating a network of Influencers (Architects, PMC's, Faade Consultants) to ensure a brand pull for Eternia range of Aluminum Door/Window systems. Responsible for devising & executing sales strategies as per product & market requirements, accelerating revenue returns & growth with a clear focus on bottom line positive pricing.

Establishing Sales Objectives by Forecasting and developing annual sales targets for region & territory, projecting expected sales volume, average pricing realization & gross margin for existing & new products
- Sales Budget & Target formulation aligned to organization strategy
Involved in Premium product & project selling, Interfacing with Architects, builder, Interior designer & Faade Consultants community for Retail Business
- Meeting clients, Architects & Developers on a regular basis
Designing market primary (Fabricator level) & secondary (A Category resellers & Influencer community) sales schemes, brand development, channel development, set & improve sales processes, ensuring implementation and identifying & developing new fabrication partners
- Creating & Presenting Sales pitch to prospective fabrication partners, keeping the partners motivated through effective pricing & schemes for ensuring ROI, lead generation & dissemination through Digital medium
Acquire Industry knowledge about competitors and helping sales team develop marketing positioning statements based on their gathered knowledge.
- Helping team with right techno commercial insights enabling them to effectively pitch in the market.
Map out and execute growth plans, offering clear and constructive strategic insight into institutional/channel market, projects, govt. projects, trading and opportunities in addition to providing in-depth market analysis on a continual basis.
