The Regional Banking Strategy team drives high-impact strategic initiatives across our digital banks in Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines. We support senior leadership with strategic problem-solving, performance analysis, and key decision-making. Our team brings a cross-functional, outside-in perspective, combining rigorous strategic thinking with deep business analysis to identify opportunities and drive meaningful impact for the banking business.
We are looking for a strong individual contributor to join Regional Banking Strategy team. You will lead analytical modules within larger strategic projects and support the Head of Regional Banking Strategy with data-backed business reviews. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about financial services, intellectually curious, and thrive in high-performance environments.
Job Description
- Develop strategic initiatives to drive business growth, from early ideation to design and launch.
- Own key workstreams such as performance analysis, mechanism design, customer segmentation, market sizing, or others.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking across broad fintech spaces.
- Translate complex data into insights and communicate them to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate across functions, including product, risk, operations, marketing, and finance.
- Prepare executive materials for high-level forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
- Min 2 years of full-time strategy working experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
- Proven track record of managing or consulting on banking projects.
- Passion for digital banking, and a genuine curiosity to get to the root of the issues.
- Proven track record in complex problem solving, qualitatively and quantitatively.
- Clear, structured communicator with stakeholder and project management experience.
- Self-starter comfortable with pace and ambiguity; high ownership and bias for action.
