Regional Assistant Manager, B2B Marketing

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of regional B2B marketing communications and campaigns across Southeast Asia, including product launches and lead-generation initiatives.
• Develop and manage social media strategies, marketing content, events, and integrated campaigns while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Lead and develop a team of marketing communications and social media specialists, fostering collaboration and driving performance.
• Manage stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors to ensure effective project delivery, budget control, and alignment with marketing objectives.
• Track and report campaign KPIs, monitor industry trends, and drive continuous improvements in regional marketing effectiveness.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role B2B marketing experience is required.
• Strong project management, event planning, stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage regional stakeholders effectively.
