Purpose of the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Analyst to support our Ocean Market team. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis to support Ocean initiatives and day-to-day operations. This role requires a strong blend of financial expertise and business acumen to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and add significant value to the business.
Key Accountabilities:
- Primary Finance Partner: Act as the primary finance partner for the Ocean market, providing in-depth financial insights and recommendations to support critical business decisions.
- Operational Alignment: Collaborate closely with operational leaders to identify and prioritize key financial and operational drivers, ensuring clear alignment with organizational goals.
- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop and present robust financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support long-term planning and strategic investment decisions.
- Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor and analyze financial performance meticulously against budgets, forecasts, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Proactive Insights: Proactively seek opportunities to provide actionable insights, run simulations, and gain deep business knowledge to explain movements in financials, including acting as a reliable partner to regional stakeholders.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance (CA/MBA-Finance preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in finance and analysis.
- Modeling & Forecasting: Demonstrated experience in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Communication & Influence: Good communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
- Tools Proficiency: Working proficiency on tools such as Microsoft Excel, MiniTab, SAP BI/BW, and Power BI.
