Job Description :
Branch Expansion: The overall Administration of the Regional Office and Identification of new
premises, negotiation with the landlord and submission of the proposals to the Admin Department
for approval (15 Years of lease period, 10 %/15% Rent Enhancement on Base rent once in 3 years
and lease to be registered @ 50: 50 bases etc.)
Execution and registration of the lease agreement within 10 working days of the Proposal approval
Follow up with the landlord to complete the Land Lord's scope of works within 45 days from the
lease execution (Strong Room construction, Flooring, Pantry etc. as per company norms &
Specification)
Follow up with regards to all the PO raised by the Admin towards Counter works, Delivery of all
CAPEX items and opening the branch within 90 days of approval
Identify the premises for shifting/Relocation of the existing MFIN Branch to the Ground Floor and
submit the proposal to Admin Department
Branch Shifting proposals for (Lease Renewal, interim rent enhancement, Renovation, Land lord
related issues, road widening etc.) to be submitted 6 months in advance
