About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Regional Ad Sales Manager to join the Monetization team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving digital advertising revenue by building strong relationships with brands and media agencies, executing effective sales strategies, and closing high-value advertising partnerships.

This role requires a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including CPC, CPM, and performance-based advertising models, along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and consistently deliver revenue growth.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a self-starter, and can take quick, independent decisions to grow the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute advertising sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across direct clients and agency partnerships.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new advertising partners, ensuring strong commercial and strategic alignment.
  • Negotiate and close high-value advertising deals, including long-term and volume-based partnerships.
  • Manage existing advertiser accounts, including renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Create and deliver customized advertising proposals and media solutions to potential partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about digital advertising trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 57 years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or online monetization.
  • Proven experience working with CPM, CPC, and CPL monetization models.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with media agencies and brand advertisers, with an existing network of industry relationships preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue targets and manage key client accounts.
