Designation: Refund & Reship (RR) Analyst

Location: Ahmedabad

About the Role

We are looking for an RR Advisor to review and validate refund/reship cases, identify errors, and ensure accurate department tagging to minimize revenue loss.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate refund/reship requests as per SOPs
• Identify errors and assign correct root cause
• Maintain high accuracy in case review and tagging
• Highlight recurring issues and trends
• Coordinate with internal teams for case clarity

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in international customer service BPO (Voice/Chat/Email) or back-office operations
• Good understanding of global customer service processes, SLAs, and quality standards
• Basic analytical skills and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
