Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bangalore Urban for a Refrigerator/Washing Assembly Line Quality Engineer/Supervisor. The role involves overseeing the assembly line operations to ensure adherence to quality standards and operational efficiency. The Quality Engineer/Supervisor will implement and maintain quality control processes, troubleshoot technical issues on the line, provide technical support, and ensure seamless functioning of transmission lines. Effective coordination and communication within teams will be essential for the success of this role.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge and practical experience with Transmission Lines and related systems
• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting techniques
• Strong Communication and Networking skills
• Ability to manage and supervise a team effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with quality assurance processes and standards in a manufacturing environment
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic situations
