Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Refrigeration Sales Engineer based in the Pune Division. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting refrigeration solutions, and guiding customers in selecting the best products for their needs. Responsibilities include providing technical support, preparing sales proposals, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction will be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support within the refrigeration or related industry
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and client relationship management
• Ability to analyze client needs and propose effective solutions
• Proficiency in preparing and delivering technical presentations
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the refrigeration or HVAC industry is a plus
• Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
