Requirements

- 15+ years of refinery utilities experience

- Strong experience in water desalination and steam generation systems
- Expertise in boilers, utility optimization, troubleshooting, startup and shutdown activities
- Experience driving performance improvement and reliability enhancement initiatives

We are seeking a highly experienced Delayed Coker / Visbreaker Specialist to provide technical leadership, troubleshooting and optimization support for refinery bottom-of-the-barrel conversion units.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering
- 15+ years refinery or petrochemical experience
- Minimum 10 years of direct Delayed Coker and/or Visbreaker experience
- Proven track record in optimization, troubleshooting and debottlenecking
- Experience with coke drum operations, thermal cracking and residue upgrading
- Strong knowledge of refinery equipment integrity and reliability

- Minimum 7 years of direct Solomon benchmarking experience
- Experience conducting benchmarking studies and performance assessments
- Strong refinery economics and operational excellence background
- Proven ability to identify and close performance gaps
- Experience presenting findings to senior leadership
FCC (Fluid Catalytic Cracking) Process Engineer
