Experience with data analytics, visualization tools, and stakeholder facilitation is preferred. This role requires a strong blend of technical refinery knowledge and strategic performance management capability.

Engineer Lead (FCC Operations)

Seeking a highly specialized FCC operations engineer with deep expertise in Fluid Catalytic Cracking operations, optimization, troubleshooting, and refinery process improvement. The role is heavily focused on maximizing refinery profitability, yield optimization, catalyst performance, and operational reliability.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical understanding of FCC reactor-regenerator systems, catalyst chemistry, feedstock behavior, conversion optimization, refinery economics, and process simulation tools such as Aspen HYSYS or Petro-SIM.
