Engineer Lead (FCC Operations)
Seeking a highly specialized FCC operations engineer with deep expertise in Fluid Catalytic Cracking operations, optimization, troubleshooting, and refinery process improvement. The role is heavily focused on maximizing refinery profitability, yield optimization, catalyst performance, and operational reliability.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical understanding of FCC reactor-regenerator systems, catalyst chemistry, feedstock behavior, conversion optimization, refinery economics, and process simulation tools such as Aspen HYSYS or Petro-SIM.
Applicants should have at least 15 years of refinery operations experience, including 10 years directly supporting FCC units.
