Job Description

We are looking for a candidate to join our Sales and Marketing team at Medanta Noida who will be responsible for establishing Medanta as the preferred healthcare destination among physicians, public sector units, embassies, and hospitals. This role involves driving referral business, managing stakeholder relationships, leading outreach initiatives like health camps and talks, and supporting a team to achieve predefined revenue and patient acquisition targets. The candidate will also play a key role in team development, strategic planning, and performance tracking.

Job Objective:

To establish Medanta Noida as the first choice in healthcare among physicians, public sector units and the community.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and manage a strong referral network including customers, partners, agents, and industry contacts.
  • Identify and onboard new referral partners to generate leads.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with referral sources.
  • Generate qualified leads through referrals and partner networks.
  • Follow up on referral leads and convert them into customers.
  • Maintain a referral lead pipeline.
  • Work closely with the sales team to close referral leads.
  • Support marketing campaigns to encourage customer referrals.

Key Qualification, Skills and Attributes

5+ years of experience in healthcare marketing

MBA with specialization in marketing would be an advantage

Strategic thinking and planning

Data-driven decision making

Strong networking and relationship-building skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
