As a Reference Data Specialist in Client Data Management Intra-bank Transfers, you ensure accurate and timely processing of intra-bank transfer requests, including cost center and coverage changes. You apply documented procedures, perform thorough quality checks, and partner with stakeholders to resolve queries under tight deadlines. You maintain consistent operational standards while adapting to evolving requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute intra-bank transfer requests with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Interpret job aids and process documentation to complete tasks as intended
- Request clarifications when requirements are unclear to prevent rework and defects
- Perform quality checks on completed work prior to submission to stakeholders
- Validate data and supporting information from multiple sources to confirm relevancy
- Resolve stakeholder queries while meeting service level agreement deadlines
- Communicate status, issues, and outcomes clearly to relevant partners
- Maintain standard operational processes and controls across daily activities
- Identify process gaps and recommend practical fixes to reduce errors and delays
- Adapt to changing requirements and support coverage needs when required
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
- Hold a bachelor's degree
- Bring 3+ years of overall work experience or 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to follow documented instructions
- Analyze information from multiple sources and determine relevancy
- Exhibit strong comprehension and observation skills
- Apply logical and analytical thinking to identify errors and trends in data
- Work confidently with numbers while meeting deadlines and service level agreements
- Demonstrate sound judgment and structured decision-making in day-to-day execution
- Maintain a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset focused on opportunity
- Operate independently while contributing effectively in a team environment
- Adapt to change and remain flexible in a dynamic operations setting
Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Support data and information-related projects through active participation and learning
- Apply creative problem solving approaches to recurring operational issues
- Exposure to AI-enabled tools and willingness to adopt emerging technologies that support process improvement and operational excellence.
