Job Description

Make your mark by delivering accurate, timely transaction support while building expertise in risk awareness and automation.

As a Reference Daya Specialist within Wholesale Payments Operations, you provide operational support as a part of the Corporate and Investment Bank, ensuring end-to-end transaction management is completed on time. You resolve exceptions and client inquiries while providing subject matter support to clients. You also complete daily regulatory reporting and remediation activities and contribute to process improvement and automation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute assigned tasks in a timely manner
  • Lead process improvement and automation initiatives
  • Manage assigned tasks independently with little or no supervision
  • Ensure all aspects of client transaction management are completed on time
  • Resolve exceptions and client inquiries
  • Provide subject matter expertise and operational support to clients
  • Perform daily regulatory reporting tasks and remediation activities as needed
  • Identify issues and risks that may impact the process or the organization
  • Maintain a control mindset and remain alert to potential process risks

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of legal language to interpret documents and assess impact to the firm
  • Understand financial services industry products and processes
  • Apply strong analytical skills to day-to-day transaction processing work
  • Communicate effectively with strong oral and written communication skills
  • Maintain attention to detail and perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Exhibit a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Deliver client-focused service and customer care working practices
  • Hold a bachelor's degree
  • Use strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Work with willingness and flexibility during United States hours

Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

  • Bring middle- or back-office operations experience
