Job Description

Join our Client Data Management team to execute highimpact data remediation on existing bank records with precision, speed, and ownership.

Job Summary

As an Operations Analyst in Client Data Management Data Remediation, you execute projectbased cleanup of existing bank records with 100% accuracy and timeliness, following job aids and defined SLAs. You perform efficient selfquality checks prior to stakeholder submission, handle queries under tight deadlines, and flex working hours as needed. You maintain standard operating processes, proactively identify and resolve issues, and demonstrate strong comprehension, observation, and analytical judgment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver remediation tasks on existing bank records with 100% accuracy and ontime completion against SLAs.
  • Read and apply task job aids seek timely clarification on ambiguities.
  • Perform efficient selfquality checks and submit complete, accurate work to stakeholders.
  • Handle stakeholder queries promptly and communicate concise, actionable responses.
  • Maintain standard operational processes and document steps, evidence, and outcomes.
  • Identify issues proactively and solve problems to unblock delivery under tight timelines.
  • Work the 2:30 pm-11:30 pm IST shift and flex beyond normal hours when required.

    Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Graduate with 3+ years overall experience or at least 2 years in a similar data remediation/data operations role.
  • Ability to review and analyze information from multiple sources and determine relevancy excellent comprehension, observation, and attention to detail.
  • Strong logical and analytical skills with numeric aptitude disciplined adherence to deadlines and SLAs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) independent, selfmotivated, adaptable in a team creative problem solving and sound judgment curious, energetic, and highly proactive.

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Prior exposure to data and information projects and experience supporting remediation programs.
  • Demonstrated process improvement mindset, including templates, checklists, or lightweight automation to reduce errors.
  • Strong Excel capability (e.g., lookups, pivots) and comfort tracking throughput, TAT, accuracy, and rework metrics.
  • Experience working late shifts, meeting tight deadlines, and managing stakeholder communications.
