Who we are looking for

An effective and self-motivated team supervisor who can work under tight deadlines and is able to perform duties under minimum supervision. The candidate should be willing to work in shifts in either APAC/ EMEA/ US time zone. Prior working knowledge on Reference data services would be an added advantage along with prior team management experience (minimum team size : 5-10 FTE )

The team you will be joining is a part of Reference Data Services which is key to the success of overall service delivery to the clients. The team is involved in setting up and validation of securities of various asset types and setting up of other static data . The team also interacts with various internal and external stake holders to ensure timely and accurate services to the clients across all regions.

What you will be responsible for

As a team manager of Reference Data Services you will be responsible for

  • Managing a team of operation professionals and will be responsible for all day-day tasks along with people management
  • Adhere to procedures and complete all tasks in accurate and timely manner
  • Act as key day to day contact for internal and external stakeholders, work to resolve issues, and recommend process improvements
  • Develop subject matter expertise related to Reference Data and proactively seek out ways to identify and address inefficiencies
  • Act with sense of ownership and accountability within the team and broader organization

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with a Business-related major preferred
  • 5+ yr. experience in Reference Data processes or Equity, Fixed Income, derivatives, Trade processing
  • Team Management experience
  • Preferred System experience: GTM, RKS, Bloomberg, Reuters, DTCC
  • Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills along with presentation skills in English language

Additional requirements

Should be willing to work in APAC, EMEA and US shifts
