Job Description

DDS Consumer Banking Create prepares legal document packages for client maintenance requests supporting North America/Canada locations.


As a Reference Data Associate within Digital Document Services (DDS) Corporate Banking Create, you oversee the review of legal documentation and the capture of key economic and non-economic parameters into JPMorgan Chase systems to support client maintenance. You are accountable for line-of-business metrics, internal service level agreements, and escalations, while partnering with Back Office, Middle Office, Legal, Client Service, and global teams to deliver accurate and well-controlled outcomes. You lead strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts by redesigning processes with Operations and Technology partners, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a strong performance-promoten culture.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor workflow and support Team Leaders to ensure equitable work distribution and stable daily delivery.
  • Manage internal SLAs and communicate performance to stakeholders through reporting and scorecards.
  • Resolve escalations in a time-bound manner, providing regular updates to senior management on BAU and projects.
  • Coordinate with internal partners (e.g., Legal, Client Service professionals) to resolve disputed points within defined timeframes.
  • Strengthen process controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable regulatory rules.
  • Act as a subject matter expert supporting strategic documentation programs and tactical project initiatives.
  • Plan capacity and contingencies, presenting metrics and insights in operations forums and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • MBA (Finance) with 8+ years experience, or Graduate/Post-Graduate with 8+ years operations experience
  • Strong knowledge of global bank operating environments, including management/external reporting, and investment banking processes and systems
  • Proven people leadership and matrix partnership capability, including recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong MS Office proficiency (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, Project) with excellent communication and ability to deliver under tight deadlines

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Experience leading strategic process redesign and continuous improvement initiatives with Operations and Technology teams
  • Experience owning controls uplift and governance routines to deliver high accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Demonstrated capability producing executive-ready reporting, capacity planning, and performance narratives for senior forums
  • Flexibility to work shifts overlapping with US office hours and manage time-sensitive deliverables across regions
