Job Description

Join a high-impact Business Management function driving operational excellence, disciplined financial oversight, and scalable governance across sites.

Lead productivity, location strategy, and resiliency to optimize capacity, real estate, and end-to-end execution while enabling strategic growth.

As a Reference Data Associate in the Business Management function, you will oversee daily operations, govern headcount/taxonomy/productivity, and manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting to ensure efficiency and profitability.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end governance across headcount, taxonomy, productivity, capacity, and reporting.
  • Conduct productivity, volume, and time analyses to inform planning and process optimization.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports monitor expenses and revenues for profitability.
  • Optimize real estate infrastructure and seat utilization with transparent metrics and controls.
  • Build and enhance the operating model with location strategy and resiliency frameworks.
  • Coordinate resources and cross-functional teams track execution, milestones, and adjustments to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain clear stakeholder communication strengthen client, vendor, and partner relationships while embedding best practices.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Experience in business analysis, document lifecycle management, process transformation, operational excellence, data analysis, and reporting with business management skills.
  • Graduate degree/MBA or other postgraduate degree proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication ability to influence across lines of business with high integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong analytical, end-to-end critical thinking, problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and results-driven strategic thinking.

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Experience presenting management reporting and decks at industry-standard quality.
  • Track record coordinating multi-site oversight and resource capacity management.
  • Demonstrated client/vendor/partner engagement supporting strategy execution and operational improvements.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining governance discipline.
