Job Title: Reference Data Analyst, NCT

Location: Jaipur, India

Role Description

Reference Data Analyst in SSI Ops within IB CPO - Individual is required to source DB's external client's Standard Settlement Instructions (SSIs) from authorized 3rd party portal (Alert DTCC) and over High Risk Media (Email) and update them in respective downstream systems for trade settlement.

Operations is responsible for driving the planning and the day-to-day management of the business to align with the bank's mission and strategic goals. Operations set the direction and manage performance to bank targets with a focus on continual performance improvement. Work includes:

• Identifying and prioritizing requests nearing currency cut off

• Supporting bank strategy, proactively identifying and managing areas of risk

• Maintaining relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders

Your key responsibilities

• To perform an Analyst role
• To manage daily SSI setup on respective downstream systems
• Maintain daily KPI
• Handle & resolve day to issues/escalation
• Work to manage stakeholders

Your skills and experience

• Very good verbal communication skill
• Willingness to work in US shift
• To be able to handle pressure on the job
• Hands on experience on MS Office

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.

Experience/Exposure

Having experience of less than 1 year
