Job Description

As a Reference Data Analyst within Network Management Operations and Oversight, you support securities and cash network managers and global financial market infrastructure network managers with end-to-end operational oversight activities. You coordinate across internal partners and external third parties to obtain, validate, and distribute information that enables effective relationship oversight and day-to-day execution. You apply strong judgment, controls focus, and disciplined follow-through to maintain audit readiness and drive continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor third-party due diligence workflows through closure, including questionnaire distribution, tracking, follow-ups, and status reporting
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities for agent banks and financial market infrastructures, including closure of oversight-related actions
  • Perform negative media screening and credit risk rating support processes in line with established procedures
  • Prepare market development communications, periodic market information updates, and senior briefing materials for agent bank engagement
  • Maintain relationship inventory, party and reference data, and documentation records, including retention requirements and repository hygiene
  • Investigate process gaps, exceptions, and stakeholder queries, documenting root cause analysis and outcomes
  • Recommend efficiency enhancements that improve accuracy, reduce breaks, and strengthen controls and governance outcomes
  • Partner with data, analytics, and technology teams to support change delivery and user acceptance testing activities
  • Participate in ad hoc projects supporting network management and business stakeholders
  • Deliver control and governance reporting and support audit, compliance, and regulatory inquiries with well-organized evidence and reconciliations

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

  • Hold a postgraduate qualification in finance
  • Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Apply strong analytical skills with a controls and risk mindset, including sound judgment under pressure
  • Exercise ownership through disciplined execution and accountability for risk and control outcomes
  • Take initiative to proactively resolve issues and support responsible management practices
  • Manage deadlines with urgency and accuracy through effective planning, prioritization, scheduling, and monitoring
  • Negotiate solutions to challenges and issues in partnership with stakeholders
  • Build productive working relationships across functions and levels to achieve results
  • Work effectively across a global team and with external parties to coordinate information and documentation needs
  • Use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to produce accurate reporting and documentation
  • Exhibit strong data handling judgment, including confidentiality awareness, least-privilege mindset, and careful handling of third-party and internal information

Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

  • Bring experience partnering with global stakeholders across operations, compliance, risk, legal, and technology teams
  • Leverage experience supporting third-party due diligence and questionnaire administration activities
  • Apply developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes
  • Demonstrate interest in applying new approaches and technologies to improve processes, including the use of artificial intelligence
  • Produce clear, well-structured governance materials and reference documentation for key stakeholders
  • Strengthen continuous improvement efforts by contributing ideas that enhance controls, reporting quality, and operational execution
