Job Description

As a Reference Data Analyst within Party Reference Data Operations, you manage and maintain client reference data in Party Central applications, ensuring timely and authorized data actions. You liaise with requestors and business partners to validate documentation, analyze data, and deliver accurate updates aligned to established procedures and controls. You contribute to operational resilience through issue resolution, MIS reporting, audit support, and continuous improvement with a change/automation mindset.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support Party Central operations for setup, maintenance, and updates to client accounts.
  • Validate and review documentation diligently to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Ensure requests are authorized and clearly understood before actioning changes.
  • Follow procedural guidelines consistently and maintain control, quality, and risk standards.
  • Proactively resolve open issues and escalations, keeping management informed.
  • Identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency, including process and automation enhancements.
  • Maintain MIS reporting, support audit requirements with timely evidence retrieval, and develop/update SOPs and control frameworks.


Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities

  • University graduate with 5+ years of experience in financial services or related industries
  • Fluency in written and spoken English with strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in party reference data, client onboarding, and KYC processes
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with strong analytical capability and attention to detail


Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities

  • Experience acting as a primary contact for internal stakeholders and managing day-to-day communications
  • Experience supporting training needs, including tracking completion of mandatory targets
  • Demonstrated focus on controls, quality, and operational risk with consistent adherence to control frameworks
  • Change and automation mindset, including identifying and driving improvements to existing processes and reporting
