Role Description The Reels Video Editor is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role involves planning, editing, and producing high-quality short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels and other social media channels. The Reels Video Editor will collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to translate concepts into engaging video assets, including cutting footage, adding effects, and optimizing videos for performance and brand consistency. Daily tasks include organizing raw footage, selecting music and sound effects, implementing motion graphics, and delivering final videos within deadlines. The Reels Video Editor will also stay updated on social media trends and best practices to help improve content performance and audience engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Editing for short-form social media content.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to enhance visual style and maintain brand consistency.
• Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create dynamic and engaging visual elements.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, especially Instagram Reels and similar short-form video formats.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune City and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and strong time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, ).
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is an advantage.
