Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur for a Reels Content Creator & On-Camera Presenter. The role involves planning and scripting engaging short-form video content, appearing on camera regularly, and presenting brand messages in a clear and compelling way. The person in this role will record Reels and other short videos, coordinate with the creative and marketing teams, and contribute ideas for trending and original content. Daily tasks include brainstorming concepts, preparing outfits and locations, rehearsing lines, performing on camera, and collaborating on editing, captions, and posting schedules. The role also includes monitoring performance metrics for content, adapting to platform trends, and maintaining a consistent, professional on-camera presence.

Qualifications

• Strong on-camera presence, confidence in public speaking, and ability to present information clearly and naturally.
• Experience creating short-form video content (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok) and familiarity with current social media trends.
• Basic understanding of video production, including framing, lighting, sound, and collaboration with editors.
• Ability to ideate, script, and structure engaging stories that align with brand guidelines and audience interests.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take direction and work closely with creative and marketing teams.
• Comfort working on-site in Udaipur and maintaining flexibility for filming schedules and location-based shoots.
• Good organizational skills and reliability in meeting deadlines and content calendars.
• Prior experience in content creation, acting, anchoring, or hosting is preferred but not mandatory.
• A portfolio or examples of past video content or on-camera work will be considered an advantage.
