Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Reel Video Editor. The intern will edit short-form video content for social media platforms, including selecting clips, trimming footage, and assembling engaging reels. Day-to-day tasks include applying transitions and effects, synchronizing audio and music, performing basic color correction, and incorporating motion graphics or static graphics when needed. The role also involves adapting content to platform-specific formats, collaborating with the creative team on concepts, and maintaining brand consistency across all published reels. Interns are expected to manage deadlines, organize project files, and provide regular updates on progress.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing for short-form, social media-friendly content.
Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual quality and maintain a consistent look and feel across reels.
Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, overlays, and visual elements.
Proficiency with common editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) is beneficial.
Ability to follow creative direction, incorporate feedback, and work independently in a remote environment.
Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and interest in social media trends and best practices.
Coursework or prior projects in film, media, design, or related fields are an advantage but not required.
